ZenTangle Prosecco
Colour: Pale Green White.
Bouquet: Aromas of white flowers, musk, green apple and kiwi fruit.
Palate: Crunchy flavours of green apple, pear and cucumber and a refreshing acidity awaken the palate. The fizz is lively and fresh.
Vintage Conditions: Mild weather at flowering and leading up to harvest led to an even fruit set resulting in full bunches. This ensured the grapes retained freshness, acidity and wonderfully expressive flavours.
Winemaking: All aspects of the winemaking are focused on maintaining a refreshing, aperitif style wine. The grapes were harvested and pressed on a gentle cycle to minimise phenolics and then fermented. Bottling occurs promptly to capture the bubble and fine flavour.
Vineyards: The grapes are sourced from vineyards of South Eastern Australia. These vineyards are all well suited for their flavour and ripening potential.
