Soil: Various compositions which adds to the overall complexity.
Winemaking:
2014 produced a wonderful crop of Malbec, so we wanted to hero that,
however the wine needed more depth and complexity. The Shiraz adds
backbone, layers and depth. The Cabernet enhanced the blend adding lovely lift and acidity.
Five components were fermented separately. All small tank ferments aged in seasoned oak barrels, then we selected the best barrels for the final
assemblage.
