Sustainably farmed vineyard.

 

Winemaking:

8 days open fermentation, racked into barrels.

12 months in mainly old French oak with a small portion in 1 year of old French Oak.

A pretty, medium bodied wine with beautiful aromatics.

Floral, fruity with hints of under lying earthiness.
